Immersion Program:
The Immersion program has been crafted to provide access to teachings that have previously only been available at the Teacher Training Level.  Join us and deepen your practice as you dive into the great ocean of Asana, Philosophy, Pranayama, and Meditation.

This program consists of three segments (Part 1, 2, & 3).  These segments consist of classroom time, reading assignments, contemplation and journaling.  You can register for all three Parts at once, or simply register for one of the three segments.  Each segment will provide you with a full experience and can be taken as a stand-alone program.  We recommend that these segments be taken chronologically, however, exceptions will be made if you have a strong understanding of the Universal Principles of Alignment and have read the Anusara Training manual.    

Teacher Training Program:
Whether or not you choose to teach the Art of Yoga to students in a classroom setting or you simply decide to share your inspirations with others in your daily life; You Teach.  This Teacher Training program with its life-affirming philosophy will not only prepare you to become a yoga teacher, it will also deepen your own personal yoga practice, both on and off the mat.

The Elements Yoga Teacher Training Program consists of the Immersion program (Parts 1, 2, & 3) and a Practice Teaching Module.  This Module is designed to put all of the knowledge you integrated in the Immersion Program into action.

Elements is a Registered School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance and our program is approved by Anusara Yoga as it follows the curriculum for Anusara Yoga Teacher Trainings.  Upon successful completion, you will qualify to become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance and you will have met the training requirements to become an Anusara-Inspired teacher with the Anusara Yoga office.

Mentoring Programs:
After completing Teacher Training, we recommend continuing your studies and refining your teaching skills.  At Elements we offer mentoring programs during the year for this purpose.

We also offer a Mentoring Program for those who are working towards Anusara Certification.  Typically this program runs during the Elements Yoga Level 1 Teacher Training.  Your mentor, either Ross Rayburn or Bernadette Birney, will mentor just a few teachers who are preparing for the process of certification.  You will be expected to attend these teacher training sessions not only as a student, but as a teacher and mentor for the Level 1 teacher trainees.  You will be guided in this setting so that you will be better prepared to meet the requirements of Anusara Certification.  Additionally, you will meet with your mentor separately to work on areas of your teaching that can be developed more fully.
